The founder, W. Matthew Meredith (Matt), a jack of all trades has always had a love for design, film, and athletics.

He found himself as an ambassador for many major sports brands at various times in life and acquired skills during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020-2021.

He created an LLC during that time and made a few websites.

In 2025, with a Sony Alpha a6400 mirrorless camera and DJI Mini 3 Pro drone in hand; he decided to reestablish the brand and pursue his passions.

Combining his experience as a brand ambassador, muti sport athtete, life experiences as a person with a disability, and various multi-media skills; he is excited to continue building his brand with a variety of creative projects successfully completed for clients under his belt.

Conscious Creation Collective’s creation was motivated and informed by the founder, Matt’s many occupational, athletic, academic, and societal experiences and observations as a disabled person that he feels could be best expressed through the narative medium of film and other artistic spaces; and that other members of his community may have the same desire to share their experiences, and have more industry support in their respective fields.

With a homebase in Salt Lake City, UT USA, Conscious Creation Collective seeks to find individuals with stories waiting to be told, help spread the spotlight onto disabled people in whichever medium they seek, through uniting them with allied creatives who additionally would like support and a place to network.

Matt specializes in various forms of photography, drone work, web design, graphic design, and is building his videography profile.
